EAP Payments

If you do not receive financial aid or financial aid does not cover the entire cost of your EAP program, then you will be sending payments to Universitywide Office of EAP using payment coupons. All educational fees are sent to UOEAP(payable to UC Regents), NOT the UCSB Billing Office.

Each student is responsible for accessing and mailing in EAP Student Payment Coupons. No bills or reminders are sent for the first two payments! Find your coupons in the "Before you Go" section of your program's page: http://www.eap.ucop.edu/current_participants

Send the payment coupon and a check (with your SSN in the memo) to:

Universitywide Office Education Abroad Program(UOEAP)
6950 Hollister Ave. Suite 200
Goleta, CA 93117-5823

Students who have an outstanding balance at the end of their program will receive a final billing statement.  EAP will send this statement 30 days before the final payment due date to the student’s email.

Housing/orientation fees may need to be paid directly to the host university or housing organization, but are sometimes paid to UOEAP.  Check your budget worksheet to see which fees are paid to UOEAP.
